Mel and Martha Ming are founding partners of Leadership Development Resources, LLC. Mel is the Church Leadership Coach, Executive Director of the Division of Pastoral Care and Development, for the Northwest Ministry Network. He also serves as a church coach /consultant and conference speaker. Previously he was the Director of the Doctor of Ministry at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He has served as a pastor, missionary, educator, and denominational leader.
